Refund Policy
Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before processing. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
- Note: Orders cannot be canceled if the coins have already been sent.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your request, we'll promptly contact you via in-app or email.
- Approval or rejection of your refund will be based on product distribution.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified period.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven't received a refund, recheck your bank account and contact your credit card company. Processing delays may occur.
